Homeric Arvanitis, Managing Partner
Homeric Arvanitis is the Managing Partner of Theos Capital Corporation. Mr. Arvanitis has significant transaction experience serving clients in a range of sectors. His transaction experience
includes buy and sell-side M&A advisory, and financing mandates.
Prior to starting Theos Capital Corporation, Mr. Arvanitis lead both the Valuation Group and Food & Beverage Practice Group at one of North America’s leading mid-market M&A advisory groups.
Mr. Arvanitis holds a B. Comm from McMaster University and is an accredited senior appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuations.
Teaching engagements include an instructor of the American Society of Appraisers “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice” (USPAP) course.
